USCTDP, Inc. was founded in 1983 with the cooperation of the Upper St. Clair Recreation and Leisure Services. Janice Irwin and Staff have maintained the highest standard model for grass roots and competitive tennis programs through exceptional teaching professionals in tandem with outstanding administrative resources. Our values are to provide a memorable and positive experience resulting in well-disciplined minds and bodies. In developing a sport for a lifetime, participants acquire a high level of sportsmanship, confidence, self-esteem and a strong work ethic. The USCTDP, Inc. program is known for the level of professionalism that is continually displayed by both the teaching and office staff.  USCTDP, Inc. has been extremely successful with their focus on technique and the development of tournament players and recipients of college scholarships. Close attention is given to the goals of each individual and their desired pace of advancement. We provide complete training which includes stroke production, strategy, mental toughness and physical discipline.
